1. No Returns Policy
We do not entertain returns on stun gun and pepper spray products due to safety and legal reasons. Please ensure you are fully informed before purchasing.
2. Refunds Due to Double Payments or Technical Errors
- Within 7 working days: In the rare event of double payment or a technical error caused by the bank or server, refunds will be handled by the bank or our team based on the nature of the issue.
- If the excess payment is processed on our side, we will promptly refund the excess amount after verification.
3. Damage During Shipping
We ensure that all products are packed securely for durable shipping. However, in the unlikely event of total product damage during shipping, the following steps must be followed for a refund claim:
- The customer must create a full video showing the process of accepting the courier from the shipping partner, including:
- Receiving the package.
- Unboxing/unpacking the product.
- Testing the product (if applicable).
- This video will serve as proof to process the refund request if the product is damaged. Without a video, we cannot process claims for damage during shipping.
4. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds or returns for minor damages such as scratches, dents, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- If the order is still in processing and you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations if the product hasn’t been dispatched.
